Don’t look so grim now! There’s plenty of reason to lighten up, as it’s once again time for us to proudly introduce our July 2019 3D Artist of the Month! Talented Vinicius Favero lets his fierce ‘Kangrinboqe Warrior’ hammer home the fact that the Brazilian character artist is a force to reckon with. Unlike the blue-skinned giant, Vinicius has a delicate touch when it comes to his craft, meticulously poring over the smallest of details.
In our interview, Vinicius talks about the anatomy of character creation, relocating to Canada and renaissance influences. When you’re done reading, be sure to check out our exclusive making-of as well!

Diversity is the spice of life! The beauty of architectural visualization is that it allows us to digitally explore a multitude of unique architectonic styles and traditions. In a globalized world, though, this interconnectivity is a double-edged sword: particular, successful trends are quick to be accepted as universal standard, often at the cost of creativity. This month, accomplished interior designer and archviz artist Amir Cherni helps us counterbalance these developments by showcasing the Mediterranean style of his home country of Tunisia.
In our ArtWanted! feature, Amir discusses how interior design can preserve cultural heritage, the state of the North African CG community and hosting the inaugural Architectural Visualisation Award in Tunisia.

The NFL Super Bowl is one of the biggest sport events on the planet. With global viewership in the hundred millions, the final game of the U.S. football league has a particular allure to advertisers. Commercials and campaigns surrounding the event are regularly anticipated just as highly as the happenings in the arena itself.
It should come as no surprise then, that when Ford approached Bipolar Studio to create a unique commercial experience for the Super Bowl LIII, the team jumped at the chance. Opting to skip traditional T.V. advertising, the Los Angeles-based production company devised a one of a kind, cinematic CGI VR image film, filled to the brim with breathtaking visuals, art direction and clever references to America’s favorite pastime.
Check out our interview for an exclusive look behind the scenes of the ‘Ford Super Bowl Fan Journey’.

It’s an archviz extravaganza at the RebusFarm blog and we’re covering all the bases! Whereas our current 3D Artist of the Month exclusively focuses on exteriors, Wacław Klos, our May 2019 ArtWanted! feature, mostly designs elegant interiors.
Unsatisfied with his employment relationship, Wacław decided to take a chance and established his own business Epistudio. In our interview, he recounts his journey to self-employment and exploring additional revenue streams as a freelance artist.

Architectural visualization is truly a global industry. Thanks to the wonders of modern technology, we are free to digitally explore cityscapes and buildings from all over. Our 3D Artist of the Month campaign is one opportunity to connect with artists worldwide and highlight their work. For May 2019, our journey takes us to the city of Novosibirsk in Siberia, Russia. Here, we meet Stas Vergasov, a talented 3D archviz artist, specializing in exteriors.
When Stas submitted a series of visuals he produced for a shopping mall, we were immediately intrigued by the dense and unique atmosphere of the scene. To get the full story behind the image and learn more about his unique approach, check out our interview!
